My total focus as your celebrant is to make your day all you could wish for – your ideas and dreams are what motivate me and I will do all in my power to make your special day perfect!
You will be married to each other only once, so I want to ensure that all goes according to plan . With that in mind we will meet twice before the wedding: Introduction At this meeting we get to know each other, and you decide if I am right for you. If you would like to proceed with me, we fill out the Notice of Intended Marriage, and I sight your identification.
We discuss the style of wedding that you are looking for, the location that you have in mind and what you want included in the service. You will leave with my Wedding Manual that you can read at leisure, with examples to include in your wedding or simply to give you ideas for your own ceremony. I am happy to help you put together some special vows and readings for your special day.
After this meeting we keep in touch to discuss the choices you have made for your ceremony and how it will flow, and make final decisions on content. There is no limit to the number of phone calls and emails. Second meeting (optional) This is the rehearsal and takes place with the groomsmen and bridesmaids (or just the two of you, if you prefer) about a week before the ceremony. While not essential, it is the opportunity to pick up on and avoid any potential problems. |

Dear Philip,
Thank you for your part in what was a wondrous day for us.
I'm delighted you were so calm and kept me that way waiting for my beautiful wife to arrive.
We both appreciated your professional yet personal delivery of our ceremony. It allowed us to relax and truly enjoy the moment we were sharing together.
The entire day was as fantastic as we hoped and we couldn't have asked for a better celebrant.
Yours respectfully Dean and Sharon Sapsford |
