While naturally the passing of a loved one is a
sad occasion, celebrating their life and
remembering all the good things that have
flowed from their time on earth can ease the
pain of their passing.
This is not a religious service – just a way of
helping people understand that their loved one’s
body is no longer occupied by the person they
knew and loved.
I would encourage family and friends to stand
and recall memories of their departed friend,
helping everyone in the grieving process at the
same time.
Spend a little time with me and we can design a
fitting memorial that will commemorate all the
good that came from your loved one’s life.
To whom it may Concern
This testimonial to Philip Holland has not been
solicited, but I would like you to know that if
you are looking for a celebrant for any
ceremony you are planning, it would be hard to
find someone better.
I really took Philip out of his comfort zone
when I asked him to help our family and
friends with the scattering of my late partner
(Peter Goadby’s) ashes. Peter had always said
he wanted to be scattered on the ocean and so
with Philip’s help, we organised a really casual
and beautiful ceremony at the Peak (approx.
12 miles offshore from Sydney).
Philip had suggestions for music, a theme and
various readings that were performed by the
grandchildren, and the positive feedback that
we received from all who attended was
extremely rewarding, and the general
consensus was that Peter would have loved it.
Please feel free to contact me if you would like
any further endorsement or have any questions
you would like to ask me.
